In a recent issue, I stated that "Critical thinking is the key to creative problem-solving in business."

And boy, did that ruffle some feathers.

One of you brilliant rebels shot back:

"It is not critical thinking that solves real problems, it is creative thinking, & outside of the box thinking that will solve the problems of the world."

Plot twist: We're both right. And we're both wrong.

Here's the deal:

Thinking critical thinking alone will save the world is like trying to win a triathlon with just your arms. Good luck with that, T-Rex.
